    Check the expected delivery time before ordering, detailed information about your items will be communicated via SMS/Email once you have placed an order. Just always be sure & certain while entering your shipping address.

    Didn’t receive any communication? OR Facing Issues while placing order? OR Website hung up at the payment page? OR Order was not successful? You can always place your Cash-On-Delivery order over phone from 01 pm – 09 pm (Weekdays) at 0309-9177772.

  • How Much The Shipping Cost?

    We charge a standard rate of Rs.150 only on each order across Pakistan.

  • How Do I Can Track My Order?

    On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to TCS website for local order respectively, insert you’re tracking ID and track your order.http://www.tcscouriers.com/pk/tracking/default.aspx

  • What Is The Delivery Time?

    We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS. Deliveries can take (3-5) working days.

  • Can I Cancel My Order?

    If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Contact us 0309-9177772.

  • What If An Incomplete Order Is Delivered To Me?

    Full care is taken to ensure that no incomplete order is shipped out. However, in case such a mishap does occur, you can get in touch with our Customer Care to identify this issue and we will rectify it at the earliest, at no extra charge.     You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn’t any change with your order. And for confirmation of your shipping address.
